Worst customer service.
They sold me electronic product without checking and when i came to return it, they behaved very badly and wanted me to take the store credit. Had to literally fight and then they started saying that product is not having any defect. I have been using first cry across other locations as well but never ever had to make a return. This was the worst return experience ever.

Updating to 3 stars as the store owner did call and clarified the whole situation. It was nice of him to take active part in grievance. Happy with his solution and approach
