I have ordered veg momo platter (Rs 249) & Sizzler Noddles. Food was good. I have noticed that momo platter served was of Rs 199 as no paneer or Corn was there. I have asked the only lady accountant/waiter- then she agreed that I have been given platter of Rs 199 without even apologizing and told that she will return Rs 30, I was surprised & told 1st of all correct order should be delivered and I will get a refund of Rs. 50(249-199= 50), She again argued that because of taxes u will get Rs 30 & told that u can check on the computer screen- then I told that what you are telling us wrong, then she started arguing, I have to ask her will more rigid voice and told her this is not the way how she should behave with customers, then later she has returned me Rs. 50. In between I have said I have to speak to your manager, she told that no manager is present. Our Sizzler had a Pepsi free, she didn't even mention about Pepsi; after 10 minutes when we have asked then she gave it to us. Wow momo guys you are serving a good food, however, you are leaving everything on one staff and no proper audit is taking place & I think these staff are taking advantage of this & bluffing customers. This will tarnish your brand reputation - Kindly beware & increase you audits/checks so that customers remain satisfied and your brand image remains intact. Food: 4/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5
