Loved the helpful staff at this place

I recently visited Lenskart at Korum Mall and honestly, it was such a nice experience. The staff were really polite, friendly, and also very knowledgeable. I was a little confused while choosing frames, but they explained everything very patiently and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The eye check-up was quick, accurate, and handled very professionally. What I liked the most is that they answered all my doubts without getting annoyed. The store is also very clean, well-organized, and has a good vibe, so it’s easy to look around and try things. They also have a really good collection of frames, lots of stylish ones, and the prices felt fair, especially with the offers. My specs were ready faster than I expected, and the pickup was smooth with no issues. Overall, the way the staff treat customers with respect and professionalism really stood out to me. It’s not just about buying glasses here — they actually make you feel valued. And yes, this is a real review, not fake. I genuinely felt they deserve appreciation for the way they treat people.
