We’re back with a whole new menu, but we’ve evolved a bit.

As my personal perspective towards desserts changed, I wanted that to reflect in The Cake Factory too. It’s 2024 and we’re all more and more conscious of what we put in our bodies. Heavily processed sugar and tons of gluten just isn’t it anymore. But I was and will always be a dessert person. But every little bite of cake meant all the guilt that came with it. And this was a problem I shared with many. Hence, I decided to do something different. Desserts that won’t make you feel guilty. Recipes that I’ve worked on for months to perfect, because I’m nit-picky and I wanted to have my cake and eat it too. Healthy desserts don’t need to taste bad. Healthy desserts can be so good, that you’ll actually forget what it was like before you made the switch.

Anyways, here’s my favourite snack, an adorable little banana muffin. The natural sweetness of the banana paired with the dark chocolate, in a blend with oat flour, to create this moist yet fluffy tea time snack.

Enjoy, but without the guilt❤️
