I visited the Bata showroom in November last year during my wedding shopping. At that time, my father was unwell .The entire team at the showroom, especially the manager, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect shoes for my dad. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care meant so much to us. What truly touched my heart was when I forgot to take one item — the manager personally came all the way to Thiruvalla to deliver it. That level of service is rare these days. It wasn’t just good customer service; it was humanity. I will always be grateful for their support during such an important and sensitive time in our lives.
