Extremely poor service at HP World, Thodupuzha.
The staff clearly lack technical knowledge and experience in handling laptops. I wasted a lot of time . This level of service is unacceptable for an authorised HP store.

HP should urgently ensure that trained, experienced, and competent staff are appointed here. Until then, I would not recommend this service centre to anyone.

Well trained staff with adequate technical knowledge and commendable customer service.  Store provides the required models on demand and also houses a large variety of accessories and  services.

Be very careful if you buy from here. Bought a laptop from here on August 20th 2024 and had to go through too much trouble regarding the product quality. Carefully check the package seal, warranty etc. Verify that the system is brand new and not one kept in the display. (carefully check for additional transparent plastic tapes pasted over the already opened company seal. This is something that we may never expect from an authorized dealer but unfortunately I faced it) Ensure that they are providing the same freebies mentioned by HP. I feel it is better to buy from HP website. Faced too much trouble and tension after spending 70k.
