I recently visited 3 BBQ and was pleasantly surprised to find delicious Paleo options on their menu. The Red Hot BBQ Chicken was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. As someone who follows a Paleo diet, I was excited to try it and it did not disappoint. I have to say, 3 BBQ has definitely won me over with their Paleo offerings.
