My actual bill was around 3250. They suggested to use magicpin. Without informing regarding the overall benefit, they just purchased 2 vouchers worth of 3000, and 500, using discounts on App for voucher purchases. Then use my both coupons worth of 3500, on the bill of 3200. Which was directly loss of 300 on the coupon of 500. Now the day misguided us on the discount which we had was the payment I made to buy those coupons but they that was the discount for every user. So they utilised both vouchers and asked us to pay 5 rs extra through UPI. Zero discount on the purchase we made. It is just that I got discount on my voucher orders and that is around 400. So bought those coupons around 3185/-rs. The actual way is they should use voucher worth 3k and request us to pay additional amounts. There was no need to order the voucher worth 500. Which was used unnecessarily in the billing for the remaining payment of 285 to credited 500 from voucher. Please investigate.
