I recently visited New Deluxe Bakery and was pleased to find a delicious gluten-free Blueberry Cake on their menu. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I am always on the lookout for tasty options. This cake definitely did not disappoint. The texture was light and fluffy, with the perfect amount of blueberries scattered throughout. It was also beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying it out and will definitely be adding it to my list of go-to gluten-free treats.
