I recently tried out Sankalp Restaurant and I must say, their Medu Vada and Idli Vada were absolutely delicious! The flavors were on-point and the texture was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I can't wait to go back and try other items on their menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic South Indian cuisine.
