The price of petrol is more than any other brand but it giver performance... Shell store can provide u with many beverages and snacks and service man is also there to service your vehicle

The service is not good. They don't even give points in Shell Asia application. They scan it but it is false and the scan is not happening. I have done this twice. This is a very bad service with me which puts petrol on me.

Worst oil change service and their person suggests oil looks like as per their clearance of stocks. No genuine information shared vehicle going into maintenance due to wrong oil suggestion. Else all good.

Professional, polite service by lady crew. Good quality fuel. UPI, card pmt accepted. Clean toilets. Free oil check up. Small attached eatery/shop.

"As a student, I visited the petrol pump today and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and even asked me to check the meter while filling up. However, about two months ago, I had my engine oil changed here and felt cheated. The oil bottle, which cost around ₹550-600, was only filled 70%, and the remaining oil was kept by the staff, claiming there was a limit. I believe this is dishonest, as they should have either filled the full amount or given me the leftover oil.but they kept left oil. Despite that, my experience today was much better, so I’m giving 4 stars."

Petrol quality very good always n staff also good behaviour for customer

Recently visited shell makarpura.
Opted for an oil change and gear oil change.
The tools used by the mechanic is worn out resulting into slippage on the OEM engine oil nut.
As a result my nut is spoiled and unfortunately no spare with them..
No complains on the behavior they refunded the money for the oil in cash and reuested me to collect a new nut from them in 2 days.
Unfortuntely my oil change was nit successful and had to waste my time here.

The petrol quality is excellent and the services are also excellent. Even the mechanics prefer shell petrol for regular usage and even shell oil. They also give the services of changing the oil in your bike. The best thing I noticed is that they encourage women employment as well as  they also appericiated specially challenged people and I applaud their efforts.

Nice service, like the way the attendant ask bikers to move off from riding seat n ensure to check zero reading before filling. The fuel quality is also dependable. I dont visit frequently but whenever long drives ensure that we fill our tanks with shell fuel

Deli2go; unprofessional staff; not 24 hrs.

Three of our friends went there to have filter coffee, but the staff denied it completely saying its close from 11: 30 pm to 12:30 am; while it was still 11: 25 am. With many requests he did not make is the coffee. They call themselves 24 hrs cafe and do such thing to customers. Highly dissatisfied with the experience. This behaviour should be addressed by SHELL. Or else don't make promises you can't keep. Poor customer service and very unprofessional attitude by the employee.

It is nice fuel station with this there is also a store available where you can get variety of packed food packet and cold drinks for traveling as well as free oil service station for your oil check up and change.

Petrol quality is best. Other services like Air,water ,Restroom ,Toilet etc are well maintained by staff. This pump is generally crowded after 18:00 P.M. Engine oil and coolant are changed free here

2. Big space to allocate multiple vehicles.
3. Wide entrance and exit.
4. Petrol quality is good.
5. Always sets the counters to Zero and requests to customers to verify.

Cons:
1. The queue can be maintained more efficiently.
2. Card payment takes ages. Same person fills the fuel and at the same time takes payment. This adds to  delays and queues.
3. Often this place is short staffed and there are long queues.
4. Fule here is way costlier than others.

Very good place for quality petroleum products. Best thing is they offer oil change facility as well. You need to plan with sone spare time as this place is very busy in routine hours.
