Worst ever service . No one take care of customers. I have a problem in my LG refrigerator.their technicians visted but no solution. They say you have to take refrigerator to service station. How 611 liter refrigerator can be transported to Vapi. As per LG official website it clearly mentioned about on-site services can be done. But their technicians not bothered to listen. What kind of services by LG & that too I am ready pay service charges.
Don't buy products from LG as there's no after sales service. No customer care.

I had a worst experience with LG comfort services vapi. As per my experience i found they are unprofessional and they dont care to provide good after sale service. Today, Its already 12 days past and they are unable to provide me the replacement for my refrigerator's defective PCB unit.Moreover they are not even ready to talk properly over call when approached. Person, named "Naembhai" at LG Comfort Service, Vapi sounded so arrogant as if he is doing me a huge favour by reordering the PCB unit,which they had ordered wrong previously. Why should customer face problems due to mistake done by the service centre while ordering the parts?! Customer may understand the issue and may cooperate if they explain and talk properly.

Worst service centre. You might get fooled also. .worse of worse response for customer.
For all repair tell you 'we have to send Mumbai' don't know what repair centre it is. .
Go to other local shops. ..LG too bad service centre plz improve your image.

The service provided is not up to the mark compare to rate RS 450/charged.only 20minutes taken by s e to do the job.
I m not satisfied.
Even place was cleaned after washing and Service.
I think only 100rs worth job is also no done

Worst LG Customer care service centre in Valsad. I would strongly recommend others to get your application repaired somewhere else. Worst people, rude behaviour, unprofessional.

I went to the same address. There was lg hoardings and boards advertised like service center.
In the office all lg Service center boards certificates were present still the person sitting inside said that it is not Lg Service center.

Bad service better get your TV repaired from outside atleast you will save your money and will get the Tv repaired. These people don't even response after taking the money

You can apply apply but no reply from service center to resolve the issue of any problem. Not reliable n sustainable to handle the issues.

Most third class service and very rood staffs and owner also they thinks they are something very bad experience... I will never buy LG products...... and LG customer support  also can't do anything on this matter..... so... I suggest every one don't buy LG products bcoz if we can't get service than why we buy it's products....

This LG service center is closed and new service centre is at new place. so don't go there.

For all refrigration and electronic product ...srvice only for LG AUTHORIZD..
