I recently visited the FirstCry store at Siripuram, Vizag.
The staff explained the coupon concept in a very impressive and clear way. It was extremely useful and easy to understand.

Good service and baby dresses cloth quality and pricing is good.  Recommend to visit and buy.

They said they will match with First cry app prices but they will not match after you choose all the products. Literally cheating.

Good and quality products. But they should not give wrong commitments on offers.

Disappointed with this store management.

They charged Rs 2882/- for the same it costs Rs 1890/- on app. (On the same day price list)

Very lazy staff.... They roam here and there by folding their hands as they will feel as they are the owners not even bother about customer... I myself experienced three times in this siripuram firstcry store... If we ask anything they simply say that item will not be there without seeing or searching.....

After asking them if we search for item it will be there.... They simply say it will not be there.... Very very lazy staff..... I have visited srikakulam, vijayawada and visakhapatnam stores out of these this visakhapatnam siripuram firstcry store is the worst store regarding customer service....

Service was good. All the items were well organised. Good discounts and offers. Parking is the biggest concern. Very old outlet which is located in the basement, slightly tough to enter the store.

Very worst service. They don't even know how to make gift wrap. Charge rs.40 for gift wrap, seems like road side wrapping. Even staff manager argues that paper is not good and tape issue.Worthless shoping at first cry vizag..

I should not write about the product as it is already available in the online platform but if you are thinking to buy from here then pls do check each and every item and box bcz they don't accept return policy.
It's a little bit difficult to communicate if you don't know telegu.

We are asking for items, and they were like 'not there' 'not there'. But when we saw the item we want, they were like 'oh this'. I think they have no knowledge about the items. Very disappointed that this firstcry is very dull.

Have no parking space at all. Even for 2 wheeler no parking space available. If you are coming on car then no need to visit this store.

The service was excellent. Uma Maheswari did a good job and provided excellent service with a lovely smile.

Divya showed us with patience all options available and lakshmi service is appreciated
