The play Einstein directed by Naseeruddin Shah himself is written by Gabriel Emmanuel, a German Jew who lives in Tel Aviv. Einstein’s story resonated with him because the scientist was really troubled by the rise of the Nazi party and went to live in Switzerland, and then America for the rest of his life. Einstein had his paradoxes. He had the guilt that stayed with him for the creation of the atom bomb, that his role was somewhat ambiguous. The play talks about the fact that he bitterly resents his research was used for the atom bomb. Because he was Jewish, he was kept out of the Manhattan Project in which a number of German scientists were involved in creating the deadly weapon for America. Whether he wanted to be there or not is unknown.

The frivolously, the entertaining play has had a long run in UK when premiered in 1990 and was then adapted to French in 1996, followed by the play being converted to a successful Hungarian movie.

White Rabbit Red Rabbit is an absurdist play where the artist is handed the script not long before the performance, performed in over 25 languages by artists from across the world and India alike, the play requires no reading, no rehearsal and no preparation. Spontaneity being central to the theme, this is a play that can only be performed once by an actor and in the past Mark Watson, Tom Basden, Anurag Kashyap, Ali Fazal, Richa Chhada and many others have performed this play. No less than an adventure for any actor, the play requires faith in the writer's ability. Soleimanpour wrote the play in the desperation of not being able to leave Iran because he refused to join the army, it's a story of isolation and conflict; one that you possibly can’t miss, especially when internet’s sweetheart Sumeet Vyas is on stage.

A devised performance based on Shakespeare's King Lear. To see King Lear through the eyes of a clown is to see him as a man, as a father, as an outcast, as a child: to view a fool through the eyes of a fool. A single actor on stage, an old clown....an entire life lived within the tempest of the theatre. The search for Lear brings us to the eye of the storm - the self. The search for a contemporary tale of father and daughter brought to life by the one man who portrays the grain of Shakespeare’s fiction brilliantly – Vinay Pathak.

Set across the rehearsals of an amateur theatre group, Footnotes follows the story of three creators as they try to revive their group in the search of rave reviews and critical acclaim. What makes a drama? Is it the words or how they make you feel? Or is there a great intangible that's pulling all the strings? Madhav, Sameer, and Alvin wrestle with these problems in the midst of dysfunctional friendships and absurdly hilarious theatre rehearsals. An original adaptation of Yasmina Reza's tony-award winning play 'Art'.
