Q: What weight of the bowling ball should I use?
A: One has to swing it back and forth like a pendulum to know if it's not too heavy to lift and doesn't strain your fingers. We also need to keep in mind if we're able to control it without lifting it above our head.
Q: How do you bowl a strike?
A: It's all about keeping your wrist straight, hand directly underneath the ball while your bowling arm back and forth to release it when it onto the lane when it reaches your ankle. Focus and strength is the key to strike a bowl.
