I recently tried the Patna Wale restaurant and I must say, their Maans Bhath dish was exceptional! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection. I recently tried the mini baked litti chokha at Litti Heist and it was delicious! The combination of the crispy baked litti stuffed with flavorful chokha and tangy mustard chutney was a burst of flavors in every bite.
