I recently dined at Mainland China and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious offering of Corn and Water Chestnut Dumplings. As someone who follows a Keto diet, I was thrilled to find that they offer options for those of us on a low-carb diet. I recently tried Chini Bowl and was blown away by their Thai Red Curry! The flavors were spot on and the spice level was just right.
