I recently tried Yadav Matthi Wala and was blown away by their Namak Paare dish. As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted to find that their version had just the right amount of heat and added a flavorful kick to the classic snack. The texture of the Namak Paare was also perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who shares my love for spicy food.
