Be very cautious with this petrol pump and their staff.
I got petrol filled from this pump on 24/02/2026 at 10.40pm.
I asked the guy to fill petrol for Rs.100 but by the time i looked at the price meter it was already 491 Rs. I immediately asked him to stop it.He said he thought that i said full tank where as i clearly told him to fill for 100.
I feel i have got scammed.He didn't show me the zero value at the meter and just started filling and within few seconds it has reached 491 Rs. Where my tank capacity is only 5L and i already had some petrol in it.
I request management to take necessary actions.

I have this Shell app installed in my device, love this app and looking forward to using it for a long time

I came across this instance today where i got the petrol filled in my vehicle, shown the QR to the pump guy, he wasn’t able to do a successful scan, rather he took my number and said he’ll get those reward points later, but it didn’t happen

Although the behaviour of the guy was polite, for some reason i believe he would’ve forgotten to get it done

But strongly recommend to not repeat this again to your loyal customers

Located near AECS layout ...The shell pump is huge and neat, they also have an small store for light snacks....pump also sells special powered petrol.
Staffs are little slow in there respective job,
The air filling guy couldn't fill by bikes tyre ....says my tyre has issue (other petrol bunk can filll...?)

Worst experience I ever had... I just changed the oil. And tried to fill petrol. But staff told come through opposite direction... Is that kind of behaviour and value you are giving to your customers? We are giving cash to fill petrol..  not beggers ok...,😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Unprofessional staff. Visited on 19 Nov 25 around 10 pm. I was not attended to properly, at first and then denied petrol for 5 mins. Reason being there shift was ending and new staff will be joining after 5 mins. The attitude they carried made me leave the pump without taking petrol. Pathetic service.

Bad service at the bunk. They refused to provide regular unleaded shell petrol.
When told that we will raise a complaint to the higher authority, they had no fear whatsoever and said do whatever you would like

Staff is like completely useless, tonight I visit the pump and after the filling petrol for my activa ,staff was taking to much time to collect the money ,simply I touch the guy (staff) and ask   bhaiya how much ,He said don’t like to touch in angry mode .
I never recommend sell for fuel ever .

The staff are very polite, and the best part is that they provide employment to people with physical disabilities.

I don’t usually go to Shell Petrol Pump to refuel my vehicles because I prefer HP as it is near my house. But few times I have refueled my vehicle here in Shell and my experience was good. There are many petrol bunks like Indian Oil, HP and BP. But I find lot of difference between shell and other petrol bunks. The shell petrol is different from others which will boost up your engine. No doubt Shell is an International and reputed brand and I always see the four wheelers lined up and crowded at any Shell Petrol bunks in Bangalore.
Now coming to why I don’t prefer Shell bunks over others is their staff behaviour and misguiding their customers. Basically, Shell always tries to sell you their VPower and will lure you with reward program called “Shell Card” which is not worth a penny. You have to pay 50 rupees for the card and recharge it again and again such that you can pay from the card. And the funny thing is you will never get any huge payback. Example, for 1000 rupees spent, they’ll give you 5 rupees cashback which really means after buying a card for 50 rupees, you need to fill petrol worth 10000 to get 50 rupees cashback. And about misguiding, The representatives here, in order to sell their products, they misguide and panic the car owners falsely about coolant and engine oil not being there. Staff also tries to fill VPower instead of Normal Petrol before even asking. This is nothing but unethical and a fraud against the customers. Better for customers to avoid shell.

When I am come this station here service is too worst costomer service is very very bad,and toilet is 24*7 under working, please check and giving a Best service to costomer.

I had a really disappointing experience. While making my payment, the internet failed, so I requested a hotspot from the staff. Unfortunately, they refused to help, which was very unprofessional and inconvenient.

For petrol above 300₹ there is 10₹ off going on, but the petrol pump guy just reduced 5₹, no knowledge about offers or how to treat customer.

Good fuel station for cars and bikes.. here is also changed engine oils and filters with good service.

This is a nice fuel pump ⛽️. Shell select store is open 24 hrs. Best place in AECS layout to hangout for late night coffee and quick picks like snakes, redbull etc.
Regarding the quality of fuel its average. I didn’t find any improvement in milage. I received same milage as of any other indian petroleum company. Not sure why Shell is asking us to shell out extra money for same quality of fuel 😅.

I’ve visited this Shell petrol pump many times. The main thing I appreciate is the shell shopping store, which stays open all night. very useful for late night needs. The petrol is also very good🤙

Bad bhaver toilet is locked iam asking give me toilet key he is not responding

Please be careful when they give something saying it's complimentary. Please check the invoice/bill to ensure its not billed. I just got cheated. Shell gave me Rs 450 off for oil change and this store sold me unwanted stuff for 450 saying it's complimentary only to realise now that they billed me for the "complimentary" stuff and settled it with the off shell gave me.
