Visited Mangalore in Bangalore food truck and had an amazing experience! 🌊🔥 Tried the Anjal Fish Ghee Roast and it was absolutely outstanding — perfectly cooked, juicy, and coated in rich, aromatic ghee roast masala. The spice level was just perfect — bold but balanced, not overpowering, and full of authentic coastal flavour. The Fish Curry was equally impressive. Fresh, flavorful, and comforting with that proper Mangalorean touch. You can genuinely taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. What really stood out apart from the food was the hygiene and hospitality. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch — friendly, welcoming, and quick. Had delicious seafood here. Ghee roast I bet nowhere else will this taste be available; prawns and squid were out of this world, super‑duper tasty and truly heavenly. I’m proud of the chef who made this — God bless him with loads of happiness.❤️🙏 The green chilli bangada tava fry with chutney — wow, no words to explain. The crab sukka and neer dosa were equally amazing. Lots of love for authentic Mangalorean‑Kundapur seafood.
