Recently attended a wedding event catered by SR caterers , Bangalore and while the food was undeniably delicious, the service was abysmal. The staff (all serving staffs were ladies) was rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience extremely unpleasant.

To make matters worse, I witnessed staff members intentionally taking food away from guests. This wasn’t just a matter of running out of food; it was a deliberate and shocking behavior that left many guests feeling disrespected and hungry.

Delicious food means nothing when the service is this terrible. I would not recommend SR caterers to anyone and they can’t survive in this competitive world until they address these serious issues with their staff and service.
