I had a good experience, doctors were  polite and friendly. Staff nurses were taking proper care of each every patients.there is every facilities over  here. The hospital is opened for 24/7.This is one of best hospital that I would recommend.

Very nice staff. Very supportive team. We have gone their in the night for an emergency including duty doctors, attendants, nurses everyone was very co-opertive and very efficient. Great hospital. The treatment was good. Doctors and nurses are always available for the patients. Especially I would like to thank Dr. Harikrishna. He cares about the patient and treats well. I am very proud to share my good experience with Shastra Hospital. Firstly I am thankful to Dr.HariKrishna Sir. 15 days back I admitted my brother for covid treatment, when he was admitted he was in severe and critical condition but the doctors here has given a new life for my brother. And also the doctor's here are with good knowledge and good experience giving a good treatment for all the patients and staff is also very friendly and moving closely and motivating all the patients. This is the best Hospital for all the treatments.

The service that my mom got from Shastra Multi Specialty hospital is Excellent. Dr.Hari Krishna did a very great job. And he explained everything to us in a very clear manner. I am so glad we chose Shastra Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

Shastra Hospital is an excellent multi speciality hospital with eminent doctors, facilities and service. They have full fledged Corona wards as well. The doctors, Nurse and staff are available round the clock. I had admitted my grandmother here, and they had given excellent care and attention. Keep up the good work.

I have tested covid positive and got admitted in this hospital recently (14/4/21) under very difficult condition. I was very afraid and even more scared at that time. Then I met Doctor Hari Krishna sir and first he gave me lot of confidence which helped me to reduce my fear then he started treatments and the way he treats and care for all the patients were amazing and in polite manner he used to answer all the questions of patient's at all the time. The hospital provides very good service especially for covid patients at this difficult situation. Compare to other hospital the treatment cost is less and reasonable All the nurses and staff members are very good and they are working very hard at this time for patient's recovery.
The management is  good in terms of providing oxyen, medicine and food at on time. The manager Mr. Rohan sir is very good person and easy to approach for any support and help. Now I have tested covid negative and thanks for the hospital nurses ,staff  members and Doctor Hari sir and he continusly  provides care ans support after patients discharge also which we don't get it from others at this covid time.  Thank you so much Hari sir for helping me to come out from covid.

Although,  hospital is started recently. Doctors and nurses are really great in helping the patients problems with 100%. Hospital is very hygiene in terms of  covid-19 suitation and cleaning staff will be there for 24 hours to ensure everything is clean.

Hospital maintenance and billing section are doing their best to clarify patients queries.

I went to check up for cold and cough issues. I am glad that I went to Shastra hospital. Treatment is good and I got cured in less time. Dr. Hari Krishna is good at handling patients issues. Dr. Sravani (dentist) treats well and she make sure patients are happy with the dental care.

1. Firstly, Shastra Hospital management don't know the difference between Breakup and Final Receipt Bill. After paying the amount they are not giving any receipt to the Patients/family people. They have considered Break up as the final bill(Invoice).

2.  I have asked twice for the receipts ,but they are giving reasons like the system is not working, server down. When everything is proper they are giving reasons like collect the bill next day, Dr. Girish is not there, Account person is not there etc just to kill the time and escaping from providing the final bill

3. Secondly, they don't have any software developed for generating final bill or Invoice

3. They are cheating people without any receipts & don’t have proper management.

4. My brother was in ICU for 4 days & 2 days in the ward, the nursing department was taking help from us only most of the time.

5. The cost of the treatment was very very high here, but it's not worth it to give so much here.

6. Simply, they will hold the patient for a long time with Unnecessary treatments. In simple words it’s a money making business happening out there

Very good service and very friendly staffs i went this hospital I am very happy to services. I liked there service very much. They treat patients like a family member.

It's an awestruck experience that one of my relative (46 years male)has admitted in the hospital with 92% of lung infection due to Covid which is a high risk condition. With in 7 days they made it, yes he has recovered now and discharged today.
They are having a dedicated, caring and responsible team who is responding to people quickly. Also they are running this hospital as service, no one in the hospital is treating it as a business. Even they are bothered about the patient's background during time of billing. An one year old hospital running 99% success rate is a great achievement.
Special mention to Mr. Rohan and Mr. Mohan ready who is very much supportive and friendly. And yes Dr.Harikrishna - who diagnosed the patient and make them to recover soon. He is well experienced in the critical care, haven't seen such kind of doctor who is patient friendly and putting maximum effort to save the life. Thank you soo much for the team.

I would like to thank all the doctors and staffs of Shastra Multi Speciality Hospitals, because of their hard work my mother is with us today.

My Mother was badly impacted from Covid during the 3rd week of April. She was treated in hospital for 11 days after which her infection came down and she was discharged.
•	Dr. Girish, gave us lot of hopes about the bed availability and his availability during the midnight.
•	Dr. Harish was continuously monitoring my mother’s health and gave her treatment accordingly. He is very down to earth person; he was available if we had any questions on the patient’s status.
•	Rohen manager of the hospital, who knows status of every patient in the hospital.
•	Raghu (Nurse), who followed the process to give the medicine, nebulization to patient which helped my mother to recovery her health faster.
•	Prabhakar, who gave lot of confidence to my mother during her stay in hospital.
•	Shivaraj (Pharmacy), thank you sir.
•	The hospital is clean and decent.
•	The hospital works with humanity.

I am thankful to all the doctors and staffs of the hospital.

Three points comes to my mind when I sit down to write review about the hospital.

1.	Don’t judge the book by its cover.
2.	We cannot clap without getting two hands in contact.
3.	Its not the medicine alone that saves a patient. It’s the way the staff members at the hospital care for the patient. I am happy today because of the care the entire staff members showed during this troubling time.

We have recently got a EAR Surgery done for my wife for closing a hole in the ear. We received a high quality treatment, greater personal care and also wonderful assistance to ensure majority of our payment are covered under the insurance. All the doctors and nurses are well trained and knowledgeable and most importantly has all the patience in the world to answer our questions, which gave us the moral boost to get through the painful surgery and recovery process. Special mention to the ENT doctor Dr Saranya mam and Anaesthetist Dr Hari sir for patiently ensuring the long surgery process of more than 3 hours to be successful. My wife has now recovered fully with no complications and is back to normal life fully :)

I had got my aunt hospitalised here. The doctors (especially Dr. Hari and Dr. Sravani) are very humble and attentive to patients. Staff is very helpful. Very rare to find such hospitals in Bangalore who gives good medical care in reasonable price.

Visited shastra hospital last week to see my frnd sai kiran who has undergone nose surgery. Hospital is well maintained with all required and advanced equipment. Its clean. Staff are well behaved. Surgery cost was so reasonable. I also had my tooth fixed along with general health checkup. Thanks to Dr.Sravani for the dental fixture. Special thanks to Dr. Hari Krishna for the counselling session on health check.
