I recently dined at Shaap and was blown away by their Pothu Ularthiyathu Dry Fry dish which was simply amazing. The flavours were bursting with spice and the dish had just the right amount of heat. As someone who loves spicy food, this was definitely a winner for me. The texture of the dish was also perfect, with a crispy exterior and tender meat inside. It's clear that the chef has a great understanding of how to balance spices and create a delicious dish

We went there today hearing about this place recently. We tried their signature sattisoru - beef and prawn which were exceptional. The beef seemed little try but beef lovers will like it and I had prawn sattisoru which was very flavourful. It was like finding treasures with each mouthful with very super flavourful thogaiyal, curd onion with spices, dried chilli, pickle, papad served on Kerala rice and more kolambu. We also had fish pollichathu in which fish seemed small in size and the masala surrounding it was super charged which also went well with our sattisoru. Must try for all Kerala food lovers. They have limited seating so there could be extra waiting time and service time on a busy daym
