Very disappointing experience with this tutoring software.

Before payment, the platform was marketed as simple and easy to use. However, immediately after payment, the onboarding process became extremely complicated. Expecting users to fully understand and set up everything in a single 40-minute onboarding call is unrealistic. The support team was very slow and would ask a min 2-3 days to get on a meeting with them and even more concerning was being asked to download files via WhatsApp to make the app function properly, which is not acceptable for a paid professional product.

Our basic requirement was straightforward:
• Trial class booking
• Paid class booking

Unfortunately, even these core features did not work smoothly. Due to repeated technical issues from their side, we lost potential customers and faced unnecessary business disruption.

Because of these problems, I requested a full refund. It has now been over 45 days since payment, and I have neither received the refund nor the invoice, which is highly unprofessional.

I am still hoping the team resolves this responsibly by processing the refund. Until then, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

My experience in this mobile app is excellent. I have been using this app from since 11 month but only problem is. how can I delete or change my gmail account?.There is not any solution in google and YouTube also.And in Laptop, computer or web there is not all Feature as there is in wise andorid app. I hope Wise team will fix my problems soon.

The software is not super user friendly. You can't even clear the history,if you do that you automatically get logged out and then you can't login again.

My son takes online classes on WISE. It is so much easier for us parents when they send notifications for upcoming classes, I'm saved from putting multiple alarms. Thanks WISE
