I don't recommend this place at all. I was planning to move there since it was within my budget but the horrors or it showed itself when I visited the property personally.

High maintenance fees, yet poor maintenance. The elevator wasn't working for more than 2 months and the management hasn't bothered getting it fixed.   So if you've got luggage to carry, good luck on the CoLive Plano trek.

Some of the folks living there complained that the management wasn't getting their AC repaired despite following up for 3 months. (Careful with this, because their manual mentions that the tenant will be held responsible for damages. Why pay for damages you didn't cause in the first place, right?)

The furniture is cheap quality and you'll find most of them in the form of wooden pieces stuck to the wall instead of them being assembled as a complete furniture. Lol.
The chairs were either broken or almost about to break.

There is water seepage, mould and cracks on the walls. The doors look like some big animal chewed on it. And very often you'll spot cockroaches taking a nice walk like they own the place. I also heard from the boys living there that they don't get the painting done on their own. If you pay they'll put in basic efforts to cover just the dirty parts, but they'll charge you for the complete thing.

Food doesn't get served on time. If you're someone who works on schedule, this might be something you'd like to consider.

Upon all these shortcomings, I've heard that many people moved out and were not given their deposit back. This was another red flag considering ethical business practices.

And, oh! I heard that the manager doesn't answer the calls unless he needs payments made. This behaviour would upset anybody I'm sure.

I visited during lunch hours, and I haven't seen a woman living in this property.

I didn't have an opportunity to use the restroom (thankfully).

The only thing that I did like was the sunlight flowing into the single sharing rooms. The beds were large, and there was enough space. But this isn't enough to provide confidence to live there, I'm sure.

Colive Plano is a comfortable and well-maintained PG for long-term stay. Rooms are clean, and regular cleaning is done on alternate days. The staff and management are very supportive and approachable. Food quality is good, and the rent is affordable. Bike and car parking facilities are available, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station. Overall, a very good stay experience.

This is one of the best PGs I’ve stayed at. Rooms are spacious and clean, WiFi works well, and the food is hygienic and tasty. The manager is supportive and quick to resolve any issues. The environment is safe, peaceful, and perfect for students and working professionals. Definitely worth recommending!

Colive plano is one of the best place to stay for longer days. The property is very neet and cleaned. Rooms are well maintained. The proper cleaning is happening every alternative days. I have good experience with colive Plano pg in Bangalore. I stayed for 8 months in this pg in private room. The rooms are very precious. Well maintained rooms. Very neet and cleaned rooms. The linens are fresh. Nice house keeping service

Colive Plano: It is the worst place to stay. So, here it goes,
I booked a room, i.e., room no 328 on the third floor. At the time of moving in, the management informed me that room no 328 is occupied, and I was allotted a different room i.e., room no 212. Here comes the issue.  Firstly, the service promised at the time of booking was not delivered.  Secondly, the allotted room was much smaller, unhygienic, and had safety issues. So, after 25 days of tussling with the Colive team and filing a complaint at the consumer court. They finally returned my money.
Also, it is important to note that the salesperson (Mr. Chanda) who assisted me in doing the booking knew that room 328 was already occupied. He did not disclose the details and double-booked the room. All these problems could have been avoided if he was honest about the non-availability of the room.
The customer service at Colive is the worst. Nobody responds to your queries. They do not reply back to your email. The customer care executive would not pick up your calls.
Having said that, I cannot deny that the Community Manager of the Property was extremely helpful. He was the one who always responded to my calls and messages. He really helped me in getting my money back.
So here is what I have learned: firstly, do not believe the sales team of Colive, as they are simply working to meet their month-end targets. And secondly, most importantly, do not make a payment, unless and until you have seen the rooms. The sales team will come up with all possible stories to make you pay without having seen the room. But DO NOT PAY.
Also, the picture of the room in the Colive app is deceiving. I have shared the actual pictures of the room.

Colive PG - One of the worst PG in Bangalore.

One of the worst PG in Bangalore. I booked from Dubai. They shared me the pics and videos. After reached Colive i am shocked. They showed me fake pictures and videos. Reality of the rooms are worst, Bathrooms are not clean and dust everywhere.

I paid Rs 12,000 rent but after one month they charged extra Rs 2400/- for electricity and water.

I raised the ticket to move out month before. But till now they didnt pay my advance amount 12k. Just for two months they collected Rs 33,450/- from me.

Food, Accommodation and maintenance all are worst. Simply they are cheating students and people. I sent a legal notice but till now no reply from them.

A comfortable and well-maintained PG with a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean, food is good, and the management is very supportive.

I request you to not to join in that pg it's worst ever and the food is more worse then that PG no lift service but sill they charge, bed bugs are there also there is no guarantee that you will get your deposit amount back and I won't suggest this for our telugu people
Damn trust me this is my honest review and I stayed there for 4 months. Only the thing is it's nearer to metro and rooms are bit spacious apart nothing,Unnecessarily they will charge extra expenses in the app andwhileo you are leaving you have to raise the notice period for raising that in app you should clear all those non incurred expense.Please don't join.
