I would like to thank Mr. Shankar for ensuring that we get the best curtains for our new flat.
1. We had visited a lot of curtain shops in different locations of Jayanagar, Jp Nagar the collection was limited and they wouldn’t be ready to show or explain details when we had a query.
2. Finally when we visited easy decor Mr. Shankar who has a experience in this industry for more than a decade spent more than 4 hours explaining what types of curtains and which ones should be used for different types and sizes of window.
3. We were so pleased that he gave us all the options and ensured that we could get things done as per the requirements.
4. Mr. Shankar allowed us to explore all the fabric collections (around 500)
5. He helped us get the best and also suggested how the cost can also be reduced with choosing different materials.
6. His team were also very helpful they took all the details and ensured to get things done.

We were happy that we finally reached a shop who understands the customer needs and they were actually listening to us.

We recently got our blinds from this curtain shop and couldn’t be happier! The collection was beautiful, and the staff helped us choose the perfect design for our home. THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE i have ever experienced . Had to call them 10 times for every update and my order was delayed by over a month. On the positive side they have an amazing collection of products and very competitive price !!

Customer service is great! Plus, never had a delay in any of my deliveries so far. No complaints about the quality either. Very satisfied with the experience overall :)

Let me be honest and say that Shankar sir is an absolutely amazing person, his attention to detail and the curtain fabric he has given me is absolutely top notch, as the saying goes good things take time, other vendors will give you a small time line and do shoddy work but Shankar sir has absolutely impressed me and my family and we are going to order curtains again next month for our new building.

I had a terrible experience with Easy Decor. I regret my decision to buy curtains from them. Be careful while dealing with one gentlemen called Mr Shankar Raj. He is very polite till you select the curtain and pay the advance. One you pay the advance, his attitude changes totally. He will not not pick up calls, send people in time to take measurements and deliver curtains in time . You have to keep calling him and visit showroom many times to get things moving. I am a retired military person and I am particular about meeting promised delivery timelines. I paid advance on 18/11 and he had promised to complete the work latest by 26/11. After repeated follow ups, it was partially done on 01/12. When questioned about the delay, Mr Shankar Raj became very rude said that he did a favour on me by taking small orders and things do not happen in time as promised in his business due to labour problems. If there is any delay the least he or his staff could have done is to keep me informed about the delay as matter of courtesy. They just do not bother to inform the customer about the delay. The worst part was, he made 02 window blinds of some other design than what we had selected. His staff had not noted down the catalog number of our selection correctly. He tried his best to make us accept what blinds they had made. When we refused to accept the wrong blinds,  what he became even more aggressive and told my wife that we would lose more money than what he had lost. I have never seen such a rude and uncouth person like Mr Shankar Raj who humiliates customers who question them about their unprofessional attitude.

My Response to Owner Comments on 26/12/23 - Mr. Shankar Raj has exposed himself and confirmed what I said in my review. He agrees that he delayed delivering the curtains. Whatever his problems were, all I expected was a courtesy call from him or his staff informing me about the delay.  The way he treats his customers is apparent in the language he has used in the review. Why should I as a customer take a pic of the the material I selected ? It is for him to note it. His staff noted the code of some other material which we did not select. Why should I accept blinds made of some other material that we did not select ? If he or his staff did a mistake they should bear the loss. We did not change any item after we paid the advance. He is lying. The cost of the blinds that I did not accept was only about Rs 6100. I paid him 15500 for the other item which was correct. Why would I cheat him for just Rs 6100 ? I have better things to do in life than break my head with this uncouth gentleman. He is playing the victim card and try to tarnish my name. I am a military veteran who has served the country for close to 3 decades with distinction. He has no business to comment on my salary. I slogged hard  in the military to earn it and did not sit in AC rooms and cheat customers like this gentleman does. He is saying that I scolded and abused his 3 lady employees.  Just asking them as to why curtains were not delivered in time does mean I abused them. This is nothing but cheap tactics to divert attention and defame me. I have too have call recordings of my talk with him. I can post the recordings in public to show how rude Mr Shankar Raj has been with me and my wife. Stay away from Mr Shankar Raj if you want peace of mind.

We bought curtains from here for our new house … Their idea and suggestions for us was very nice … would appreciate Sangeetha mam for her patience to take so much time for us to select the curtains and organised in our convenience time to hang it …. Liked their work …

Very experienced owners .... They are themselves available most of the time whenever I visited .... They guided me and saved lots of money ......heartfully very very nice people ....the most beautiful showroom i have seen among curtains store in the heart of jayanagar.....largest collection of catalogues ....

Hari and Shankar was very cooperative with my imagination especially in my building in cadenza I changed it several but they were very nice and adaptive
