Went with oneplus nord 3 buds , they weren't charging from 2 days and the buds aren't connecting

The service person didn't said anything and asked to wait 2 days , either they check for parts and replace the port

The service center is at a great location and the sitting arrangements is really good , it matters if the crowd is more and when we get to wait for longer times ,,,

I had a very bad experience at the OnePlus Authorized Service Center in Jayanagar.
My OnePlus Nord CE 2 had a simple flex wire cut near the display because of adhesive failure. Instead of repairing it, the staff told me they “don’t repair flex wires” and only do part-to-part replacement. They insisted I must replace the entire display.

Next day they called and said my phone had a “motherboard communication issue” and the total cost would be ₹18,350 — almost the price of a new phone! I refused and took my phone back.

For data recovery, I went to a nearby local repair shop. The technician replaced a duplicate display and my mobile switched on immediately.
There was NO motherboard issue, NO communication problem.
My phone is working perfectly now.

This clearly shows the service center gave false diagnosis, tried to push unnecessary expensive replacements, and misled me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

If OnePlus cannot do basic repair and only forces full part changes, what is the point of calling it an “authorized service center”? Customers deserve honesty, not inflated repair bills.

😡 Poor Service and Repeated Issues - Avoid This Center
This has been the worst service center experience I have ever had. The staff seems unwilling or unable to truly understand the customer's problem, rushing through the process.
* Misleading Speed Claims: I was initially told that if I needed a quick fix , I should go to the Koramangala or Rajajinagar branches. Even after agreeing to wait longer for a quality fix at this location, the service was still terrible.
* Rushed & Incomplete Work: They assemble the device in a "hurry-burry" manner and hand it back without properly fixing the original issue.
* Double Work/Repeated Visits: I was forced to visit them again immediately to address the exact same problem because the initial repair was inadequate. This results in double the work and wasted time for the customer.
* Lack of Assembly Care: There is a noticeable lack of care in the assembly process, suggesting a continuous cycle of necessary daily re-visits.
* Not Customer Friendly: The overall experience is not customer-friendly, and the process seems designed to make people come back daily to get their device properly fixed.
If you need your issue fixed correctly and promptly, I strongly advise against using this service center.

I had a really good experience at the service centre. Even though my Bullets Wireless Z2 earphones were out of warranty, Mr. Sharath still checked them properly and cleaned the dust from the earbuds. After that, my left earbud started working perfectly.

My one plus 9 pro battery needed replacement as it's dying after 60%. I called a week back and said it was in stock and I could get the device. I went today , first question asked us how old is my phone. It appeared that they wanted me to throw the instrument and buy a new model.
Then I was told they don't have battery in stock might take 10days!!!!
Service experience center and no stock. I was told that I need to keep checking every day and come as soon as the stock is available as they can't guarantee to hold even if I pay in advance. This is ridiculous coming from 10 odd kms away.
Service of oneplus generally sucks also frequent issues with phone ! Better to avoid

Please be aware — this is NOT an official OnePlus authorized service center, even though they try to appear like one.

One of my close friends recently visited this place with his OnePlus Nord CE 2 because the flex wire near the display was cut. Luckily, he didn’t believe their diagnosis. He took his mobile back and went to a small local repair technician. That technician simply replaced a duplicate display and the phone switched on immediately.
No motherboard issue. No communication issue. The device is working perfectly fine now.

This clearly shows that the shop gives false information, wrong diagnosis, and tries to push unnecessary expensive repairs on customers.

Please double-check before visiting this place.
If you use a OnePlus device, always verify the service center on the official OnePlus website and avoid such misleading third-party shops.

It's an authorised one plus service center really had a great experience from starting till end soon as I enter the service center they took my details and started working on my device in few minutes they have worked on my phone returned it to me. Highly recommended.

My overall experience was good. Visited the store to repair the screen, and back cover of my one plus 9 RT. The overall cost of the repair was 16K.

Disappointed with OnePlus Service Experience

Visited the OnePlus service center on 10th July 2025 due to a pink line appearing on my OnePlus 8T screen — a known issue for this model. I was told to back up all my data first, and only then would they initiate a form for approval and place an order for the screen.

To make matters worse, the screen is currently out of stock, and I was told it would take a minimum of 15 days to arrive. During that time, I’m expected to submit and leave my phone at the service center — effectively without a phone for over two weeks.

When I asked if they could at least order the screen first, so I could come back and submit my phone once it's available — I was told that’s not an option. The alternative suggested was to “roam around Bangalore” and find another service center that may have stock.

This puts customers in a complete deadlock. Either I’m forced to give up my phone for an extended period with no guarantee, or spend time and effort chasing other stores. It really makes me wonder if the intent is to help customers or just make the process so frustrating that people give up.

Very disappointed with how poorly this was handled — especially given that it’s a well-documented hardware issue and not user-caused damage.

Just now i went to this service center as my knrplus earbuds were'nt charging.  The customer service here is way too good.  Ms. Keerthana was ableto get fixed within a minute.

Very bad service went for back pannel change they did first day no parts come next day and later day after putting new the adhesive and pressing not done later next day went they told due to battery bulge it's happening, if asked why it didn't happen before no question worst technical support and worst brand , later I got it done in local shop which is much better than company service . Don't invest in OnePlus there are problems than issue

Initialy service was good, I got screen replacement paid the charges, at the time of delivery finger print issues was there they didn't respond next the technician cooprated that technician was good, told to come on Monday. On Monday the technician was not co operative.

Took my OnePlus 6 for back cover and screen change. Extremely well organized service center. I was given a clear time frame and cost estimate. Got a call once the parts arrived and got it replaced in the shortest waiting time I ever experienced. Thank you for the delightful service.

They are sccmaers. My display doesn't has any problem but still. That service person said the display and the board has to be changed and it's cost around 12.7k.but thanks to the cashify person they just took 1300 rupees and just changed the sub board and fix my Phone. Because my display doesn't have any issues. Only sub board has the issue. Better before going there please check outside once after that made the decision

The service there is also very good.

Really bad service. They replaced my one plus 12R Display after that didn't sealed it properly that's why raining water went inside. Then I revisit there store and then they said subbord and the display has to be changed. Monday evening they are saying that will fix it till Tuesday 12pm. Then when I went to Tuesday in that time they are saying we don't have available part it will take 7days. Then we will fix this.  It is all about the ego. This is my mother's last gift and I have so many Memories with her in this phone. And because of the ego they are not fixing it.
