The sale executive and manager has very limited knowledge of how to run a store. There are no means to see the price of any item, you have to take it to the bill counter to check the price. Instead of waste time roaming around the staff should but labels and discount information, this is a clear sign of bad store manager. For the item of our choice they didnt had box to pack it (They gave us a large size carton which was much bigger than the item) , additionally they charge for packing. Bigger box more paper more charge (cost is not the issue but the attitude with they say). You buy expensive item to gift (item is already over priced) and then need to pay for every small packing shows how low first cry is dropping.

Items are good, there are many options. They charge for gift wrapping which is fine but my point is they use their logo in the gift wrap paper so which  make no sense , it is like I am paying for their advertisement and bearing the cost. this practice has to be stopped.

Their website fraudulently claims qwik 4 hours delivery which is never even received the same day. No support, just a joke of raising ticket with no resolution or update and no provision to reach an executive.

Variety of things to choose from. Had a good shopping experience at FirstCry. The store is well-organized with a nice variety of products. Staff was helpful and billing was quick. Happy with the purchase

We have purchased craddle for our new born. We met service guy Ganesh R Kamat at marathahalli strore. He helped us chose the craddle according to our requirement. Also helped us install it in time. We have had very good experience with first cry because of the service we got.

Visited first cry in Marathahalli in Jan 2025. The have a good collection of baby items. Problem is they dont have exchange option unless you provide mobile number which is an invasion of our privacy

There are more items for shopping or to give gifts for kids. Must visit. From clothes to shoes, slippers, bathroom supplies and outdoor games, toys , trolleys, everything is available here for kids

Terrible store, horrible staff! They know people come with kids but don't keep a clean wash room. Refuse to take feedback and collection wise also half their shelves seem empty. Best to avoid and look for what u need online.

I really had a wonderful shopping experience at the first cry store near Marthahalli Bridge, Bengaluru..the sales executive truly helped me a lot in picking the right gift items for my niece’s new born baby girl and alongside that made me understand their decent discounts/ promotional offers available for upcoming 6 months as their club member..Very thankful for his cooperation!!
