Pet Stepin is my go-to daycare and boarding centre for my beagle, Coffee. I’ve used their services multiple times over the past two years and have always been extremely satisfied. Coffee absolutely loves playing with her friends there and is always excited to visit. The team’s genuine love and care for animals truly shows. On occasions when Coffee needed regular medication for her allergies during her stay, they were incredibly accommodating and took excellent care of her needs.
Thank you to everyone at Pet Stepin for the love and care you’ve given Coffee. Without a doubt, this is one of the best pet boarding centres out there.

One of the best dog boarding I have encountered. Kept my Shih Tzu Maggie here with them for a couple of days, I am so happy with the excellent care and service they provided while we were gone. She had developed an infection in her eye, they took her to the vet and gave her the right treatment, kept me in the loop through the entire process. Usually boardings are not professional, but these guys are real dog lovers and the level of attention they pay to each pet is great. They even gave her complimentary bath before pickup. Satisfied, will definitely keep her again of we go outta town.

A great place for keeping your pets. It is very well maintained and I have found no problems with the way they have handled our pets. You have to book in advance the slots. They share updates of your pets regularly in form of photos and videos, so you do not need to worry.

Easily the best pet boarding centre in all of Bengaluru (we've had to settle for others when Pet Stepin was at full capacity). The humans here are genuine 100% dog lovers, and they cared for our indie Saki so nicely during our 4 years in the city (now we're moving to Hyderabad). They're also super flexible and accommodating about date changes at the last minute (as much as possible). All the best!

The center provides a range of services to pet owners, including veterinary care, grooming, boarding, and pet training.For pet owners who need to travel or are unable to care for their pets for any reason, Pet Step provides a safe and comfortable boarding facility. The center offers both standard and luxury boarding options, and every pet receives individualized attention and care during their stay.Their service and care is excellent. Pet owners can leave their pet here with peace of mind. Charges are Rs550/- per day for  🐈 including nutritious food.

Our goto place for boarding our Golden retriever Messi. They take very good care of our baby. We trust them blindly so much so that if there is no availability at pet stepin, we will change our plan rather than leaving Messi at some other boarding place.

The people here are very friendly, the pets have a wonderful time here, our nox looks forward to spending time with his friends at stepin. Keep up the good work !

Very good place for both daycare and boarding.

Rating Update.

While the intiial couple of boardings went well, the last two experiences were bad. My dog had severe cases of stomach infection on one instance, ticks and dermatitis the next time. There seems to be no emergency vet either.

My dog is a 4.5 year old indie who had separation anxiety and he was not really socially trained. However, left him in the care of PetStepin and they were methodical, aware of his situation, trained us on what to expect and eventually took him in for day care gradually. Now my dog is calmer version of himself, trusts us more and now opening up to staying in PetStepin.

It's an open dog boarding space. The keeper is responsive. My dog is boarded thrice here. They take a decent care. My dog was fine last 2 times after boarding here.

They are rigid on checking timelines. And also not flexible on pricing. There is a good demand and they are upfront if their bookings are full.

It was really a very nice experience with Pet Stepin, they really care alot about the pets,and keep updating on daily basis

This place is the best to leave your pet dogs for days if you're heading out of bangalore. They take good care of all the dogs and also feed them on timely manner (they also feed the dogs as per your request). The best part about this place is its spacious and there are dogs here at any given time. So, your pet won't be bored at all, plus it'll just end up having a good time. Our pet loves it here, she gets to be around other dogs which she mostly doesn't get if she's at home with us. The caretakers are really good at their job. And, it isn't so heavy on your pocket (500+ taxes per day). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Have boarded our cat with them several times. The place is clean and moreover the caretakers love pets. They give timely updates (pics and videos) of our cat playing happily with them. Will recommend the place to anyone without giving a second thought. We no longer worry about who to leave our cat with when we go out of Bangalore.

Although my pet was taken care of very well,they refused to take him after two times boarding. The reason they say is my dog is very energetic,hyper & fights with others. I wish they had a system in place to handle such dogs/pets Not every dog is going to be docile & well-behaved. Some pets are more hyper,energetic & mischievous. I am now left with looking at other options for my pet. Disappointed.

Pet Steppin is run by very polite and pet loving staff. The place is well secured by compound wall, gates, fences. The place is large, open, tree-shaded and airy. The pet canines stay outdoors all day and move into covered kennels at night (or if it rains during daytime). Food is  served 3 times. Morning breakfast by 9, lunch by 1 and dinner by 4.30pm. Staff are all well educated, polite and best of all, they are genuine pet lovers. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for  boarding your beloved pets.
