Very disappointing experience. I gave my specs here for a lens change and specifically opted for express delivery, for which I was charged extra. I was clearly told the lenses would be ready within 24 hours.

It’s been almost three days, and there has been no update, no call, and no proactive communication from the store. The store manager is not responding, and the staff present have no clarity on the status or ownership of the issue.

Overall, the store operations and coordination are extremely poor, and customer handling is not up to the mark. If express delivery is offered and charged for, it should be honored or at least properly communicated.

This experience reflects badly on the store’s service quality and internal structure. Would not recommend unless basic customer service and accountability improve.

Provided in 2 days, great service and free eye test.

The staff in the store do not have a basic understanding of the language (Kannada or English). I have a coupon that clearly states: "On a minimum spend of ₹1,490, get ₹1,000 off." However, they are insisting that I must purchase sunglasses worth exactly ₹1,490 for the coupon to be valid, even though I am spending ₹1,990. Please ensure that your staff have at least a basic understanding of your offers and the language.

I'm a localite here also a prime customer to this store also, purchased 2 nos spectacles at a time during my moderate usage found too many scratches even after purchase of scratch resistant & other packages like antiglare, blue cut & insurance... low quality of frames which one spectacle frame's temple hinges came out...during this happened i was hospitalized. Brought to the store to get repair... First of all there the staff is not at all active no aware of the products, also I requested hence I was in above matter stucked so kindly requesting you repair this frames that female staff didn't accepted either shown any courtesy... I told kindly send a mail to your head office orelse provide their contact ill speak to them regarding to get the frame repair bcoz even after paid the RIT.. She easily didn't accepted my request either showed her effort to raise the issues to their head offuce....after so much oressure finally she took whether she sent the mail or not... 18 days over no response at all ..when I visited the store for the status she lies how many times cald you aren't repsond. When I checked my logs none of the time she cald ... this shows how these staffs provide services to the customers. Worst Service never ever happened earlier. During purchase they speak politely after any issues they don't care at all.... Unsatisfactory with this Specsmaker... Dear friends beware of such Irresponsive outlets..
Compare to this Lenskart is awesome they make free repair service even after the date lapse.... also they all are very polite in manner & aware of products in providing service...

I bought a reasonably expensive frame from them and one of the temples came unhinged
When I took it back to the store, they said, it can't be repaired. One, it was expensive with such low quality. 2, why make something that is use and throw.
Would recommend GKS any day for the quality and after sale service
