I recently visited Sindhi Sweets and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious rasmalai. As someone who values healthy and nutritious options, I was happy to see that it wasn't too sweet or heavy. In fact, I often share my food diary on social media and make it a point to highlight the nutritional content of the dishes I try.
