I recently tried the Grilled Kingfish in Red Wine Sauce at Plated Restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection and the red wine sauce added a nice depth of flavor. Plated Restaurant offers delicious and nutritious BBQ Chicken Wings. There's just the right amount of spice and the flavors are well balanced. The wings have enough meaty texture and the sauce is flavorful with hints of smoke. The nutrition content is quite high - low fat, high in protein. This place has become my go-to for healthy meals.
