Plated Restaurant offers delicious and nutritious BBQ Chicken Wings. There's just the right amount of spice and the flavors are well balanced. The wings have enough meaty texture and the sauce is flavorful with hints of smoke. The nutrition content is quite high - low fat, high in protein. This place has become my go-to for healthy meals. Highly recommend!
