Subject: Complaint Regarding Received Bad Quality Cake I received the cake I ordered, but unfortunately, the quality was very poor. The cake was not fresh, the taste was not good, and the cream seemed spoiled. The appearance was also different from what was shown while ordering. I am disappointed with the service and product quality. I request you to kindly look into this issue and provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
