Subject: Complaint Regarding Received Bad Quality Cake I received the cake I ordered, but unfortunately, the quality was very poor. The cake was not fresh, the taste was not good, and the cream seemed spoiled. The appearance was also different from what was shown while ordering. I ordered the came as shows in the second image but i got the cake shown in the first image. This is completely unacceptable I want my refund.
