Very irresponsible and unprofessional service. They sent the wrong medicines, which is extremely dangerous and can seriously harm patients. This is not a small mistake — medicines are not toys.
They also refused to share the bill when asked and gave false information about product availability. Completely unreliable pharmacy.
I strongly do NOT recommend CUB Pharmacy Plus.

So I was one of their regular customers. In August 2024 I got minoxidil from them and they gave me half spilled bottle (delivered at my home. When I sent them photo and complained they told me they will give me invoice and asked me to complain to customer care .. don’t know what was the point when the delivery came from them and customer would have told me to deal with retailer - never got the invoice from them. Chalo thik hai hogaya ek baar. Fir Feb me got an eye drop Lotepred, which i opened after a month or so cz the cover said - once opened discard in 1 month so delayed opening - so finally when I opened from box cover the seal was already broken. Second time! WhatsApped them - no reply!

If you care for your health, please don’t things home delivered from cub pharmacy. And if you do, open in front of delivery guy. Don’t trust them.
