Not a great experience at this new Domino’s outlet Sector 51, Gurgaon. The staff seemed untrained and were quite rude. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly, and the way the food was being handled didn’t feel hygienic at all. Disappointed, especially coming from a brand like Domino’s. Hope they improve soon!

This store is either fake or Dominos has lost quality control on its store. This was my second bad experience with the store . Unfortunately online order for my area goes through this store so now have to pickup from another store.
Issue - Pizza was half baked and missing sauce . There was no taste. On sending the photos back to store they said its Domino standard now. Leave it to them decide but no more ordering from this store.

Ordered a pizza which they sent without cutting. Garlic breads and veg parcel were skinny. Everything was so small that we had to order proper food again. Looks like this outlet is running a scam.

I'll add a detailed review for them. We ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread, and tacos.
Of which garlic bread was missing, pizzas and tacos were uncooked. The phone number shared on zomato is wrong. The person who delivered the food was opening the boxes and touching food , not sure why. We returned entire food and when we confronted the branch they said they'll return the money. It's been 10 days I haven't received anything.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I placed a prepaid order (Order No. 190) through Domino’s at around 10:30 PM, and even after waiting for over an hour, my food never arrived. The store didn’t bother to answer a single call, and there was zero communication or update.

For a brand that loudly advertises a “20-minute delivery guarantee”, this is pure negligence and false promise.

Domino’s India really needs to look into how poorly some of their outlets are being managed. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be taking it up with consumer court for failure to deliver a prepaid order.

Avoid this outlet if you value your time and money.

Same consistency every time I have visited,,,, pathetic experience everytime...untrained staff, arrogant staff, no one is there at billing counter, pathetic food, uncooked pizza everytime, dirty place everytime you visit, unhygienic food and unhygienic/filthy place. This is last time I visited Dominos in my life. Dominos has been sleeping about this particular store,,,, dominos have no time to read comments on Google.

This is the worst dominos have ever seen. They Gurantee 45 minutes delivery. A BIG LIE. I placed the order at 2:15 AM and the order delivered at 3:20 AM after long wait. Driver thrown the 2 items of the order in front of my eyes and when I called the manager to inform that. Manager told me if you don’t want the order take your money and go.

Disappointing Experience with Dominos Pizza I recently visited Dominos Pizza and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite arriving before other customers, I was made to wait for an extended period. When those customers were served and left, the staff informed me that I still had to wait for 2 minutes.
Unacceptable Treatment
The worst part was the apparent discrimination. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, regardless of my background or location. The staff's, and I felt disrespected. While the pizza might be good, the service needs significant improvement. I hope Dominos takes customer feedback seriously and works on providing better service to all customers.

Very bad experience at this Domino’s outlet in Sector 52, Gurugram. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to customers and were not cooperative at all.

Service was also disappointing and it felt like they are not interested in customer satisfaction. This kind of attitude is not expected from a brand like Domino’s.

Not recommended at all. Management seriously needs to improve staff behavior and customer service.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Domino’s. This has to be one of the most careless and disgusting orders I’ve ever received.

I ordered a Margherita with extra capsicum and onion and a Classic Stuffed Garlic Bread. What I got was a joke. The pizza was almost topping-less, dry, and definitely NOT cheese burst — just a basic, poorly made base thrown together with zero effort.

And the garlic bread? Completely unacceptable. It was clearly not what I ordered, looked burnt and stale, and had a weird smell and taste. It honestly felt like I was sent leftover or spoiled food. This is not just bad service — this is a serious hygiene issue.

How does a brand like Domino’s think this is okay to deliver to customers? Do you people even check what you’re sending out?

Money wasted, appetite ruined, and trust completely gone. If this is the standard now, people should seriously reconsider ordering from here.

I visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Sector 52, Gurugram for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff behavior was very unprofessional and rude. The reception and billing staff were not polite and it felt like they were judging customers based on their dress or appearance.

This is not acceptable from a brand like Domino’s. I am 30 years old and this was my first visit, but the experience was very bad. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the staff behavior and customer service at this outlet.
