The restaurant accepted my order, but when the delivery partner reached the restaurant, it was closed. The restaurant even claimed that they had never accepted the order. The delivery partner requested my phone number from the restaurant so he could ask me to cancel the order, but they refused to share it, citing customer privacy. After waiting for about an hour, I noticed on the app that the delivery partner was moving away from the restaurant without picking up my order. I called him to understand what had happened, and he explained the entire situation. I raised a complaint through the app, but I received no response. Later, the delivery partner called me because he had my number from my earlier call. He explained that as long as my order remained active, he wasn't receiving any new delivery requests. To help him, I shared the OTP so he could mark the order as delivered and continue working. As a result, I neither received my food nor got a refund. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Accepting orders while the restaurant is closed, providing no support to customers, and leaving both the customer and the delivery partner stranded is completely unacceptable. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant.
