I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oh Indorii and let me just say, their Achari Soya Chhap left me speechless! As someone who loves spicy food, I couldn't resist trying this dish and I am so glad I did. The combination of the tangy achari flavor and the tenderness of the soya chhap was simply divine. The spice level was perfect, adding an extra kick to the already delicious dish. I highly recommend this dish to all
