I recently dined at Hotel Ankur Palace and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on the menu. Being a vegan myself, I opted for the Paneer Paratha with pickle and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The paratha was perfectly cooked and the pickle added a nice tangy kick to the dish. I highly recommend this dish for both vegans and non-vegans. The restaurant also has a great ambiance and friendly staff. A must-visit for anyone looking

I recently had lunch at Hotel Ankur Palace and it was great! The Aloo Pyaz Paratha with Dahi and Pickle was delicious and I highly recommend it. The food was fresh and flavourful. The service was also excellent, making this a great overall experience.
