We r almost regular customers here. Atleast visit 1-2 times here. The food is decent but the employee specifically the cashier acts manipulative and sly. She talked about making the burger spicy or non spicy I said non spicy. When the bill came I saw added 2 DIPS where I only took 1 BURGER. Previously when we needed dips we requested to add them manually or cashier asked manually. But adding it by using different approach and denying to change the order when confronted felt very unprofessional.

The peri peri strips were cooked long before it was served, hence, seemed stale. Fries were half burnt. Forgot spoons for rice bowls.
Ambience was average, washroom basin was stained and unclean.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding a meal I was served at your [Rajarhat] branch on 27/02/26.
I was served a chicken leg that was visibly black and appeared to be rotten. This is a significant health and safety issue that I did not expect from a brand like KFC. While your floor staff were very polite, the manager on duty was unable to provide a professional explanation for the state of the food or offer a satisfactory resolution.
As a loyal customer, I am heartbroken by this decline in service and food quality. I trust that you will investigate this matter immediately to ensure no other customers are served unsafe food.
I look forward to hearing how you intend to rectify this situation.

Quality of the foods were very bad,rather it's better outside in the road side.
Some food were too spicy. Chickens smells very bad. Some food were too salty. Pepsi served to us was lesser quantity than the actual quantity and it tastes like mixed with water. Atmosphere is also very unhygienic. Very disappointed.

Food is good. But Service is too bad. Once they didn't one cold drinks. I never got refund.

One of the worst outlets of KFC across Kolkata. Crispy chicken was absolutely salty the service was pathetic compared to any other outlet. Chicken had a foul taste too.
I do not know if the owner of the franchise understand the seriousness and if they do not act, it wouldn't last long.
Managers and team members seen absolutely untrained and have lesser sense of hospitality.
First they did the billing with additional dips, etc then they updated about some Wednesday offer, when I asked them to put us on that offer they updated the billing is done 😀.
They kept on saying we are all new and apologised. When we opened the box, we found all wrong items and no instruction followed.. they will just apologize coldly. The dips they gave at the point of sales was missing from the order.. Try the City center one as they still maintain the service and quality

What a complete waste of time absolutely disgusting experience. The food smelled rotten, as if it had been cooked ages ago. Shocking that Swiggy still partners with such outlets. Even though I got my refund, no one should have to go through this. This franchise should be blacklisted, and people must avoid ordering from this KFC branch.

Everything about this outlet is bad. Smelly stale food, no proper ingredients. Didn’t feel like I was eating KFC, more like from a road side kebab stall. KFC India needs to come down heavily on this outlet. It’s surely a liability.

I ordered a Zinger Burger from KFC, Rajarhat (Premises No 1, Ground Floor, Rajarhat Main Rd, Raigachi, Kolkata - 700136) and had a terrible experience. The burger was of very poor quality – it smelled off and tasted stale. Unfortunately, I fell seriously ill with food poisoning shortly after eating it.

This is completely unacceptable coming from a reputed brand like KFC. Basic food safety and hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. I strongly urge others to be cautious while ordering from this outlet.

I am planning to file an official complaint and take legal action if needed, because this incident affected my health and well-being. Such negligence must not be ignored.
