Actually - star for very rud behavior of staff. Very small rooms. I was there at night 12 with my wife and daughter. My wife was not well at that time. When I reached there they told me that they will not allow me because I booked for 2 person only I told him that my daughter is under 12 and she is going to share bed and then also I am ready to pay rs 500 for extra person as per hotel rules but they were asking  to pay 1000 extra or find some other place. Hotel location was so far from sealdah railway station and I was visiting 1st time . I don't know any nearby places so they want to take my advantage. And I was helpless but then I booked other hotel from fab hotels and I got good option. Just want to mention that this hotel staff ignore request from OYO too.

My husband and me stayed here for a friend's wedding. They had booked this property for everyone! Trust me, it had the worst experience ever in staying at a guesthouse! I don't know what to call this place - a guesthouse or a dumbyard! It was extremely dirty. The photos attached are all fake and untrue! It doesn't look like this at all. It is just horrible. The rooms are super dirty and the washrooms are super unhygienic and vomit-worthy! Please never stay at this place! The staff is over stupid and they serve nothing! THE MOST UNHYGIENIC PLACE we have ever seen!

This particluar Oyo room offers great accommodation at Salt Lake area which is easily visible from the main street. The checkin process is quick with great room services. The hotel also has a small swimming pool but swim suits are not provided. The cabs are easily available from the hotel to other places in the city. It is worth staying here.
