Lucknowi style. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onions until they are translucent. Add the ginger and garlic pastes, cinnamon and cardamom and fry for a minute. Add coriander, cumin, and red chilli powders and fry until the ghee begins to separate from the masala [the spice onion mixed].

Mixed chicken, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, flour, eggs, garam masala well. Let these marinate for an hour. Deep fry the marinated chicken in oil. In another pan, fry ginger and garlic paste and then add curry leaves and green chilies. Add the yogurt paste and salt.
