I recently ordered from Falafel's and was blown away by their Jain Mexican Falafel dish. The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and had a flavorful blend of Mexican spices, all while being completely Jain-friendly. It was clear that the chefs paid great attention to the taste and presentation, as it was both delicious and beautifully plated.
