Modakam is located right next to Siddhivinayak Temple.
It is hard to miss as the banner has a humongous Modak on it.
The best option for south indian and Maharashtrian food.
But the best is the upwas option available there.
The sabu dana khichidi and wada, kothimbir wadi and many options to try.


The restaurant is located just outside the siddhivinayak temple. one should try all the delicacies in this restaurant. the place is famous for maharashtrian cuisine. misal paav vada paav and dosa is must when go to this restaurant. avoid going to this place in weekends or on Tuesday as it is mostly crowded and has to wait for hours to get a place

I ordered Dal Khichadi online but its was very very spicy. I always eat Dal Khichdi at hotels but Modakam's Dal Khichadi is very spicy. Don`t eat ever.

Very bad service and food tastes also, so no place for proper seating. Don't try it, it's waste of money. 

I am going To Siddhivinayak For Bappas Darshan. Then me & my friends go to Modakam Rest. It provides best services. I also like special food Ukdiche Modak.

I had been here with my family yesterday [a Sunday] for lunch / some snacks post seeking our share of blessings from lord Ganesha, since this eatery is just next to the famous Siddhivinayak Temple.

We\`d ordered 2 Pav Bhajis, a mini special lunch, and a cheese sandwich.

Must say the Pav Bhaji and the mini lunch were served in no time since we placed the order, but for the cheese sandwich, even after several reminders (enough time till we finished the other 2 items ordered), there was no sign of the Cheese Sandwich, we finally had to cancel the order for the same.

I would rate the food 3 out of 5 stars.
