Its a heaven for biryani lovers. Behrouz Biryani is that sole authentic biryani outlet that promises to deliver the Persian recipe remnants. Behrouz is all about layered rice biryani and lavish spices used in its preparation. It has rose to prominence for its authentic persian delightful taste. A few days back, I happened to attend an event of 'Behrouz Biryani' where we were taught about biryani layering and plating. Hence it was such an enriching experience to know the true trace of biryani layering right from the renowned chef at the event. Here are the glimpses of the lavish biryanis that we were offered that got me drooling all over: i-Murgh Bhuna Biryani 0-Lazeez Paneer Biryani Q-Murgh Kobideh(kebab) -0-Falafel-e-khas §- Gulab jamun -O-Raita This is no seating place; its a delivery based brand. And do get it delivered for your family full of biryani cravers. Highly recommended.
