Here’s my version of the Viral Gulkand Coconut Modak made with Naturals Malai ice cream. It tasted sooo good.

Ingredients:

Desiccated coconut – 75 gms
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Naturals Malai ice cream – 3 scoops
Cardamom powder- ½ teaspoon
Gulkand - 2 tbsp
Rose essense - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai on low heat.
Add desiccated coconut and roast on low heat for 2-3 minutes until it gives a nutty aroma.
Add 3 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream.
Cook, stirring continuously, until the melted ice cream is absorbed by the coconut.
Add rose essence and ½ teaspoon cardamom powder.
Mix and cook until the mixture comes together, forms a dough-like consistency, and stops gripping the sides of the kadhai.
Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Grease your palms with a little ghee, take some mixture, put it in the modak mould, adding 1/4 tsp gulkand in between.
Press and shape the modak & enjoy!

?Mango Arabian Pudding ?

Here’s my version of the Viral Arabian Puffing made with
Naturals Malai ice cream & Mangoes. It tasted sooo good.
Fun part is I replaced milk, sugar & the extensive part of boiling & reducing the milk with Naturals Malai ice cream.

?Recipe

Arabian pudding with mango
1. Blend together 3-4 scoops of Naturals malai ice cream, 2-3 Tsp saffron water, few chunks of mango & 1/2 cup boiled & chilled milk to form a thick mixture.
2. Trim the ends of 3-4 bread slices and place them on a baking dish.
3. Pour the mixture on the bread slices.
4. Repeat the same with another layer of bread and mixture (optional)
5. Garnish with few mango pieces and chopped pistachios
6. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours
7. Enjoy

MANGO MILK CAKE

OMG you wont believe, today I didn’t have Milk to put in my Cake so I tried making it with Malai Ice cream from Naturals and, there is not going back now …. it turned out so Moist and amazing.
