Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality Dear [Balu Kitchen ], I recently placed an order from Balu Kitchen Restaurant which included an Egg Roll and a Grilled Sandwich. Unfortunately, when I received my order and started eating, I found the Egg Roll to be of very poor quality. Additionally, the Grilled Sandwich had an unpleasant taste and was not at all suitable for consumption. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as I had expected fresh and good-quality food.
