Very small Room and  service is not good, I booked online the amount is showing me is around 400 but when I visited over there they charged me double and they said there is no booking from the same amount bad behaviour staff not good very rude etc.

Worst hotel with mini rooms that two people can't fit inside. Beware of the camera it has inside, I was lucky that I found it and reported about it to the cops.  I know it was less expensive hotel but still I was not event worth a 100 bucks .

We booked this from Oyo. Upon reaching the location, we couldn't find the the hotel at all. We tried to find the hotel for an hour, tried calling the receptionist but couldn't find at all. Had to cancel ultimately.

Not sure what hotel people who gave excellent  have stayed. Dont be fooled by photos. All I got to know this hotel goes by Hotel Lotus, Hotel Ivy and Hotel Marina. Horrible staff, loud music from mobile phones, no eye contact and don't even bother to answer you. I have paid for deluxe room with all facilities, what I got close to reception with no phone, bed sheets weren't clean, no soap, don't want to start about bathroom. I have to ask for breakfast and always to goto reception ask for things. Stayed for two days, not once came to room to change things...  Never recommend hotel!

We booked this property based on wrong info published on Booking.com. This hotel is not located near the airport and the reality is far from the pics you may see on the site, it is dirty and rundown. My room was behind the reception and I could hear the receptionists talking all day and night. They even cancelled my booking using my pin number, after I checked out, to avoid paying commission to the vendor.

Le foto nel sito internet non corrispondono assolutamente al vero.||Stanza sporca, aria condizionata non funzionante; acqua, elettricità e wi fi che saltano frequentemente. lenzuola e copriletto con vistosi buchi e macchie; doccina per bidè assente; maniglia porta di ingresso rotta.....||In definitiva inaccettabile. Lasciato la stanza dopo nemmeno 3 ore e dormito in aeroporto ( ultima notte )||Abbiamo le foto!!

Cerca del aeropuerto, en un callejón oscuro, sabanas amarillentas, baño pequeño y se te quitaban las ganas de ducharte, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en recepción. Tiene wifi. Con todos los hoteles que hay por la zona, escogería otro.
