I recently tried the gluten-free option, Dahi Ke Kabab, at Backyard's Grill and I must say, it was delicious! The dish came with 6 pieces, making it perfect for sharing. The kababs had a perfect crispy exterior and were filled with a creamy, tangy yogurt mixture. Not only were they gluten-free, but they were also packed with flavor.
